About Our Seasonal Sites

• All buyers must be approved by Smokey Hollow Campground
• Prepaid lot rent is NOT assumable by the purchaser
• Lot rent of $1,995 ($2,350 current monthly sites) per year plus 5.5% sales tax includes use of all common areas at the campground, water (approximately April 15—October 15), and garbage. $200 security deposit and sewer transfer tank required. Electric ($5/month plus usage) and pump-out services ($10-$35) are billed separately.
