About Our Seasonal Sites

  • Non-refundable $200 site deposit required to hold site. 
  • All buyers must be approved by Smokey Hollow Campground
  • Prepaid seasonal admission fee is NOT assumable by the purchaser
  •  Seasonal addmission fee of $2,350 per year plus 5.5% sales tax includes use of all common areas at the campground, water (approximately April 15—October 15), and garbage. $200 site deposit and sewer transfer tank required. Electric ($5/month plus usage) and pump-out services ($10-$35) are billed separately.
